What’s better than witnessing a young couple madly in love about to tie the knot and start a wonderful life together? I’ll tell you… it’s a couple that have already created 3 gorgeous sons, that have already created a wonderful life for themselves and their boys but had never got around to marrying one another… until now! After 17 years Kate and Mark’s loved ones finally got to witness them become Mr and Mrs and more importantly, got to celebrate the spectacular relationship and the history that goes with it that they’d already shared, the beautiful family they’d already created and of course the next chapter to follow.

Of course marriage is way more than a wedding and Kate and Mark had been well and truly committed to each other for 17 years already but getting to be the ones to capture the celebration of that was incredibly humbling.

We love Byron weddings and Ewingsdale Hall is a fab little venue less than 10 minutes from Byron Bay (but without the traffic). It has a casual relaxed vibe which suited K & M’s day perfectly and to top it off they chose our favourite Byron Bay Celebrant, Cara Gallagher, to marry them.

As you can tell, there really wasn’t a single thing we didn’t LOVE about Kate and Mark’s beautiful day.
