When we travel we get lost – on purpose. We believe that the reason for travelling is to learn and appreciate a completely different culture and way of life. So we always avoid the ‘tourist traps’ where possible and get to know the locals. People are fascinating – we love to learn about their stories, see how and where they spend their time and what their passionate about. Our first point of call in any new country or town is the local market. We love to buy random foreign foods and figure out what it is and how to cook it later.
